         PEACELAND, SANTHOSH JUNCTION, PATHANAMTHITTA DISTRICT-689 645.

        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP No. 116/2012 in LAR No. 10/2010 of Sub
   court, Pathanamthitta till the disposal of the Original Petition.
        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SPECIAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER(REVENUE), for the petitioner, the court passed
   the following:

                                        ORDER

There shall be an interim stay of attachment of the

vehicles pursuant to the order in E.A.No.107 of 2021 on

the files of the Sub Court, Pathanamthitta, on condition of

the petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.10,00,000/-

(Rupees Ten Lakh Only) before the Execution Court

within one month. On such deposit, the decree holder

will be permitted to withdraw the amount.

Post on 26.08.2021.

The petitioner is permitted to serve notice on the

Counsel appearing for the respondents before the court

below.
