  Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court be pleased to
suspend the sentence imposed on the applicant/appellant by the judgment of guilty, guilty,
conviction and sentence in S.C. No. 191 of 2015 on the files of the Hon'ble Additional
Sessions Court I, Kottayam dated 24.03.2021 and release the applicant /appellant on bail,
pending disposal of the above criminla appeal in the interest of justice.
   This petition coming on for orders and upon hearing the arguments of M/S LUKE J
CHIRAYIL, Advocate for the petitioner and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondent,
the court passed the following :-
                                          ORDER

The sentence shall stand suspended and the appellant shall be released on bail on the appellant executing a bond for Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh only) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Court, Kottayam within thirty days from today.
