   Writ Petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in the aﬃdavit ﬁled
along with the WP(C) the High Court be pleased to direct the 2nd respondent to issue a revised
Chalan to the petitioner for an amount equivalent to 50% of the amount mentioned in Ext-P2
Chalan and to issue Clearance Certiﬁcate provisionally, in the event of him remitting the said
amount, pending disposal of the writ petition.


   This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and the aﬃdavit ﬁled in
support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of N.RAGHURAJ & SREEKUMAR S.,
Advocates for the petitioner, the court passed the following:
