This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking the following

reliefs:

"1. To issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writs or orders directing the 2nd respondent herein to immediately grant the number to the building of the petitioners.

2. To issue such other writs, order or directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, proper and just as to the circumstances of the case."

Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the

petitioners submitted that the matter has become infructuous.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
