disposal of the appeal.


  This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application/petition and the

                                                ORDER

There shall be an interim order of stay of execution of the judgment and decree dated 30.11.2018 in O.S.No. 131/ 2010 of Subordinate Judges Court-5 , Kochi for a period of three months.
