                                 JUDGMENT

Dated this the 9th day of April 2021

This Court Ext.P7 Judgment dated 15/9/2020 had

directed the consideration of Ext.P1 applicaiton by

circulation of papers under Rule 130 of the Kerala

Motor Vehicles Rules. Pursuant there to, Ext.P8

notification has been issued regarding consideration

for fresh stage carriage permit on the intra district

Rules and informing that the matter will be decided by

circulation notification dated 27/03/2021 is

accordingly issued. The proposed timing is also

mentioned. The grievance of the petitioners is that

though they have submitted Ext.P9 representation, it is

not likely to be placed before the RTA, place it before

the first respondent for taking note of the objections.

2. There is nothing on record to indicate that the

above document has been placed on record. However, it

was ascerted by the learned counsel for the petitioners WP(C).No.9520 OF 2021

that Ext.P9 objections has been already filed and is on

record. Having considered this, I am inclined to

direct the third respondent to place on record Ext.P9

objection, if it has already been received and to take

appropriate orders from the first respondent for

placing the such objetions before the RTA. Writ

petition is accordingly disposed of.
