                              JUDGMENT

Dated this the 9th day of April 2021

This O.P for speedy disposal of O.S.No.31/2018

on the file of the Sub Court, Kottayam, was filed by the

plaintiff.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner is a senior

citizen. A report was called for from the court below as to the

current status of the original suit. In the report dated

26.03.2021, the court below stated that the suit could be

disposed of within a period of six months form the date of

reopening the court after summer vacation.

In the result, this O.P is allowed directing the

court below to dispose of O.S.NO.31/2018 within a period

of six months from the date of reopening the court after

summer vacation.
