The plaintiff in O.S.No.234/2011 on the file of

Sub Court, Pathanamthitta, has filed Ext.P5

I.A.No.1/2020 for passing final decree. The request

made in this original petition is for issue of a

direction to the court below to dispose of the

final decree proceedings within a time frame to be

fixed by this Court.

2. In the report called for from the court

below in this respect, it is stated that the final

decree proceedings could be completed before the

court closes for Christmas Vacation, 2021.

In the result, the original petition is allowed

calling upon the court below to dispose of the
