affidavit filed along with the OP (RC) the High Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings
in E.P.No.72/2020 in RCP No.57/2018 on the file of the Rent Controller/Munsiff's Court,
Thalassery, till the disposal of this Original Petition (RC).


  This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in
support of OP (RC) and this court's order dated 13-01-2021 and upon hearing the arguments
