 WP(C).No.6953 OF 2021(T) 2

                         JUDGMENT

Dated this the 8th day of April 2021

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator operating the

stage carriage with registration No. KL-59/K2-384. The timings

was lastly fixed in the year 2000. Therefore, the grievance of

the petitioner is that, since there has been considerable

increase in the number of other stage carriages, it has become

essential to request for revision of timings of his own service.

An application was submitted as Ext.P3 for revision of timings

on 06.03.2021. The grievance of the petitioner is that the

above application has not been considered.

Having considered this and after hearing the learned

counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Government

Pleader, I am inclined to direct the respondent to consider

Ext.P3 application as expeditiously as possible on the basis of

a field report be called from the concerned Field Officer and

after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the

objectors, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period

of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
