                   W.P.(C) No.9040 of 2021
                 ==========================
            Dated this the 8th day of April, 2021
                           JUDGMENT

All that the petitioner seeks for is a direction

for an expeditious consideration of Ext P3 application

filed in form No.5 under the Kerala Conservation of

Paddyland and Wetland Act (in short, 'the Act'),

seeking removal of his property having an extent of

81.39 Ares, from the data bank maintained under the

Act. According to the petitioner, the property in

question has been a converted land much prior to the

introduction of the Act; but, the property has been

erroneously included in the data bank.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the 2 nd

respondent to consider Ext P3 application (form No.5)

on obtaining relevant materials and pass orders thereon

as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a

period of four months from the date of receipt of a

copy of this judgment.
