                               JUDGMENT

Dated this the 8th day of April 2021

The grievance of the petitioners is that the amount due

from them under a loan may be permitted to be discharged

by them under a one time scheme. Ext.P1 to Ext.P4 are the

representations submitted by them.

2. Notice served on the third respondent. No

appearance for the third respondent. Heard the learned

Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Senior

Government Pleader.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought by the

petitioners for an early disposal of Ext.P1 to Ext.P4, I am

inclined to direct the third respondent to take up the above

applications and to dispose it of on merits, within a period of

one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
