Heard the learned counsel.

It is pointed out that the matter has been settled and a compromise petition

(I.A.No.1 of 2021) under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 89 of the Code of

Civil Procedure, 1908, signed by the parties and their counsel has been filed. It

reveals that the parties have settled the matter. I.A. is allowed and the appeal is

closed in view of the recitals in the application for recording the compromise.

Order of attachment, if any continuing, shall stand vacated.

All pending interlocutory applications will stand closed.
