parties.

2. This writ petition is filed under Articles 226

and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a

direction against the respondent-Society and to quash

the impugned Endorsement at Annexure-H.

3. Since the respondents are not amenable to

writ jurisdiction under Article 12 of the Constitution of

India, the writ petition is not maintainable. However,

it is open to the petitioner to approach the competent

authority under Section 70 of the Karnataka Co-

operative Societies Act, 1959. Accordingly, the writ

petition is dismissed.
