                          ORAL ORDER

Emergent notice was issued on 04.08.2021. Right from

that day, the matter underwent several adjournments and

sufficient time was granted by this Court to comply with the

office objections and to pay the process. In spite of that, even

till today, the process is not paid.

2. When the matter came up on 21.10.2024, as there

was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court

had directed the matter to be listed under the caption for

'dismissal' today. Though the matter is listed under the caption

dismissal, today also there is no representation on behalf of the

petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to

pursue the matter.

3. Accordingly, the matter is dismissed for non-

prosecution.
