                                  ORDER

Sri. T.Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner has

filed a memo dated 28.05.2024 for withdrawal. The

memo reads as under:

"The Petitioner in the above case submits that the main matter i.e., crl.misc.no.148/2016 filed for maintenance by the respondent has been dismissed vide judgment dated 24.07.2023. Therefore this petition has become infructuous and hence seek for withdrawal of the above petition as it has become infructuous in the ends of justice."

3. In view of the above memo, petition is dismissed

as withdrawn as having rendered infructuous.
