When the matter was posted on 08.11.2023, there

was no representation for either of the parties and it was

ordered to be listed after two weeks. Again when the

matter was listed on 25.01.2024, none appeared for either

of the parties and it was adjourned to be listed after two

weeks. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 29.02.2024 on

that day also, there was no representation on behalf of the

appellant and it was directed to post the matter today on

the top of the list under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Today the matter is listed for dismissal. When the

matter is called, there is no representation for the
