                          ORAL ORDER

The present writ petition is filed seeking mandamus to

the Court below to dispose of the pending M.C. No.44/2023

which is of the year 2023.

2. Learned counsel had relied on a judgment of this Court

wherein the coordinate bench of this Court has observed that

all the matrimonial proceedings have to be completed within a

period of one year. There are several cases pending, which are

of even before to 2023 and this Court cannot give a direction to

dispose of the matter of the year 2023 and accordingly, the

writ petition is dismissed.

3. All IA's in the writ petition shall stand closed.
