PERTAINING TO WRIT PETITION NO. 101969/2022 ( LB-RES) FILED
BY THE RESPONDENT NO.1 HEREIN BEFORE THIS HON'BLE COURT
AND SET ASIDE THE ORDER DATED 14.06.2022 PASSED BY THE
LEARNED SINGLE JUDGE OF THIS HON'BLE COURT IN WRIT
PETITION NO. 101969/2022 (LB-RES) AND FURTHER TO DISMISS
THE SAID WRIT PETITION.

     THIS   APPEAL,   COMING    ON    FOR   ORDERS,   THIS   DAY,
S G PANDIT, J., DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:

                         JUDGMENT

There is no representation for the appellant.

On 09.06.2023, this Court passed the following

order:

"This Court, on 25.07.2022 as well as

on 28.10.2022, had granted two weeks'

time for compliance of office objections.

But, till this day, the office objections

are not complied with.

There is no representation for the

appellant. In the interest of justice, two

weeks' time is granted to comply the

office objections on payment of cost of

Rs.3,000/- to the Advocates'

Association Library Fund, High Court of

Karnataka, Dharwad Bench, Dharwad."

Till today as ordered cost is not paid and office

objections are not complied. It appears that the appellants

have no interest in prosecuting the appeal.
