This Court has passed an order on 09.02.2024 which

reads as hereunder:

"There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called out.

"None appears for the petitioner. The office objections are yet to be complied with.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the

petitioner when the matter is called out. Noticing that the

Court had observed non appearance of the petitioner on

previous occasions and as there is no diligence in
