                         JUDGMENT

Smt.Melanie Sebastian, learned counsel has filed

vakalath on behalf of respondent.

Smt.Ashwini G, learned counsel for the appellant has

filed a memo. The said memo reads as under:

"The matter has been settled before Mediation Centre, Bengaluru, in terms of Agreement under Section 89 of CPC., R/W Rules 24 and 25 of Karnataka Civil Procedure (mediation) Rules 2005. Hence it is respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow this appellant to withdraw the appeal as not press, in the interest of justice and equity."

2. The settlement agreement entered into between

the parties before the Mediation Centre is placed on

record.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
