      This Regular First Appeal is filed under Section 96 of the
Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, praying to set aside the
judgment and decree passed on 01-02-2019 by the Hon'ble
passed in O.S.No.25696/2008 by the Hon'ble XXVI Additional
City Civil and Sessions Judge, Mayo Hall, Bengaluru (CCH-20),
in the suit filed by the appellant against the respondent seeking
for the relief partition and separate possession with respect to
the suit schedule property, by allowing this Regular First
Appeal, in the interest of justice and equity.
