                               ORDER

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner has filed a

memo stating that the matter has been settled before the First

Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Hubballi in

M.C.No.158/2023 under section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act

and the petitioner herein has received Rs.5,00,000/- as a

permanent alimony. It is further submitted that in view of receipt

of Rs.5,00,000/- as permanent alimony, this revision petition

becomes infructuous and does not survive for consideration.

Hence, he has sought for dismissal of the petition as withdrawn.

The memo is placed on record and the revision petition is

dismissed as not pressed.

In view of disposal of the matter, pending interlocutory

applications, if any, do not survive for consideration and are

disposed of accordingly.
