                            JUDGMENT

Heard Sri Vitthal S. Teli, learned counsel for the

appellant and Sri Shivaraj S. Balloli, learned counsel for

the respondent on the memo for disposal filed by the

learned counsel for the respondent.

2. A reading of the memo dated 05.07.2023 would

indicate that the parties have settled their dispute by filing

joint memo before the Additional District and Sessions

Judge, Sangli in Criminal Appeal No.186/2019. In view of
