Mr.K.N.Phanindra, learned Senior counsel for the

appellant.

This review petition has been filed seeking review

of the judgment dated 14.10.2022 passed in

W.A.No.1319/2021.

2. After hearing the learned Senior counsel for the

petitioner at length, we find that the judgment dated

14.10.2022 neither suffers from any jurisdictional

infirmity nor any error apparent on the face of the

record warranting interference of this Court in exercise

of review jurisdiction.

In the result, the petition fails and is hereby

dismissed.
