Learned counsel for the appellant stated that now he has

not in a position to ascertain the address of the respondent.

Therefore, the appeal may be closed for the time being.

2. I have perused the order sheet. It is seen that the

warrant could not be executed to the respondent, as the

address of the respondent was not traced. Therefore, placing

the submission of learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal

is dismissed for not furnishing the address of the respondent.

3. However, the appellant is at liberty to move the

Court, and take steps in respect of the respondent, if the

address of the respondent is traced, by filing appropriate

application, if he is advised so, in accordance with law.
