                          JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the appellants prays for time to

comply with the office objections. The appeal is of the year

2021. The matter is listed for the fourth time for compliance.

The order dated 27.11.2023 reads as under:

"Learned counsel Sri Sanjeev Kumar C. Patil undertakes to file vakalath on behalf of the appellants since learned counsel Sri Gourish S. Khashampur is not in the panel of the appellants.

Submission is placed on record.

Office is directed to delete the name of learned counsel Sri Gourish S. Khashampur and show the name of learned counsel Sri Sanjeev Kumar C. Patil as appearing for the appellants in the cause list.
