None appears for the appellant.
2. Shri D.Satya, learned advocate appears for
respondents No.1 & 4 and submits that after filing
this appeal, defendants-respondents have executed the
Confirmation Deed on 19.12.2022. Hence, nothing
further survives in this appeal. His submission is placed
on record. He further submits he has filed
I.A.No.1/2023 seeking dismissal of this appeal.
A copy of the same has been sent to Smt.D.Kavitha,
learned advocate for the appellant and the same is
returned with an endorsement 'unclaimed'.
