      This Miscellaneous First Appeal is filed u/s 173(1) of MV
Act praying to set aside the judgment and award passed by
learned II Additional District Judge and MACT, at Tumkuru, in
MVC 1371/2019 dated 30/06/2022, produced at Annexures-A
and B respectively, for the reasons stated above and in the
interest of justice and equity.

      This Appeal coming on for Orders through Physical
Hearing/Video Conference this day, the Court made the
following:

                             ORDER

Heard the submission of learned counsel for the

appellant, who is physically present in the Court on the

memo dated 19.04.2023.

2. In view of the memo, where the appellant has

stated that the matter has been settled between the

parties and the supporting submission of learned counsel

for the appellant, the Appeal stands disposed of as not

pressed.
