     This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section 397
read with Section 401 Cr.P.C. praying to call for the records in
C.C No.290/2017 from the file of the learned Addl. Civil Judge
and JMFC at Sagar and Set-aside the Judgment and Order on
sentence dated 13.11.2019 recorded by the learned Addl. Civil
Judge and JMFC at Sagar in C.C.No.290/2017 convicting and
sentencing the petitioner for the offences punishable under
Sec.138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and etc.,

      This Criminal Revision Petition is coming on for Orders
through Physical Hearing/Video Conferencing Hearing, this day
the Court made the following:

                              ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner is neither present

physically nor through video conference. No reasons are

forthcoming either for non-appearance of the learned

counsel for the petitioner or for not taking steps.

2. In spite of granting sufficient time, the petitioner

has neither taken steps to ensure service of notice upon

the respondent nor appeared and not even shown any

reason for not taking steps. Hence, the petition stands

dismissed for not taking steps and also for non-

prosecution.
