SESSIONS JUDGE, IN CRL.A.NO.570/2019 BY EXERCISING THE
POWER OF REVISION.

ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

                            ORDER

When this matter was listed on 08.03.2022, the learned

counsel for the petitioner was absent. However, in the ends of

justice, one week time was granted to comply with the office

objections on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/-. It was also made

clear that if the office objections are not complied with and cost

is not paid, the matter will be dismissed for non-prosecution on

the next date of hearing.

2. Today also there is no representation on behalf of

the petitioner. The cost is not paid and the office objections are

also not complied with. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-

prosecution.
