     THIS CRIMINAL REVISION PETITION COMING ON FOR
ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

                               ORDER

When this matter was listed on 26.03.2019, notice was

ordered against the respondent and conditional order was

passed suspending the sentence. Thereafter, the learned

counsel for the petitioner was absent on 25.01.2021,

01.09.2021, 01.10.2021, 08.10.2021 and 29.11.2021. On

03.01.2022, the matter was adjourned. On 14.02.2022 also the

learned counsel for the petitioner was absent.

2. Today also when the matter is called twice in the

morning session as well as in the afternoon session, there is no

representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, it is clear that

the learned counsel for the petitioner is not interested in

pursuing the matter and this petition is not admitted. Hence,

the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
