                       ORDER

Sri. Raghunath M.D., learned counsel undertakes to

appear for respondent No.2. He is permitted to file vakalat

in the Registry.

2. This petition is filed against the order of

ejectment passed by the trial Court.

3. Petitioner, respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the

respective counsel are present. Parties are identified by

their respective counsel. They submit the compromise

petition.

4. Heard the parties on the compromise petition.

Parties admit the voluntary execution of the compromise

petition. Same is found admissible in law. Therefore, the

compromise is recorded.

The petition is allowed. Impugned judgment of

decree is hereby set aside. Suit is decreed in terms of the

compromise petition.

Draw decree accordingly.
