judgment and decree dated 23.09.2016 passed in
O.S.No.11/2012 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Jewargi
and to pass any other appropriate orders.

HARISH KUMAR J., made the following:
ORDER
The appellants' counsel files a memo stating that
the parties reported compromise in FDP No.3/2017
and by virtue of settlement in the final decree
proceedings, the appellants wants to withdraw this
appeal. Memo is signed by the second appellant
namely, Lingappa. Copies of the compromise petition
and the order passed by the court accepting the
compromise are produced. Placing the memo on
record, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
