      This Regular First Appeal is filed under Section 96 of
the Code of Civil Procedure, praying to call for records, set
aside the OS No.157/2006 judgment and decree dated
05.12.2014 passed by the learned Prl. Senior Civil Judge &
CJM at Raichur and dismiss the suit of the plaintiffs, it is
also prayed that this Hon'ble court be pleased to decree
the counterclaim filed by the appellant/defendant No.1 by
allowing the appeal, in the interest of justice and equity.
