        This Writ Appeal is filed under Section 4 of the
Karnataka High Court Act, 1961, praying to set aside the
order    of   the   learned   Single   Judge     in    Writ     Petition
No.203988/2018 (S-R) dated 12.07.2021 and dismiss the
writ petition and etc.


        This Writ Appeal coming on for Orders, through
physical       hearing/video         conference,         this       day

                          JUDGMENT

Upon instructions, the learned Government

Advocate for the appellants files a memo and makes

his submissions on the same lines of the memo

seeking withdrawal of this appeal as not pressed. He

orally submits that since in the writ petition which is

under challenge, a direction is given to the appellants

to consider the representation of the petitioner at W.A.No.200127/2022

Annexure - F to the writ petition, the present

appellants who were the respondents in the Writ

Petition No.203988/2018 are duty bound to consider

the representation in the light of the observation

made in the writ petition.

In the light of the above, the Writ Appeal stands

disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of disposal of the appeal, pending

interlocutory applications do not survive for

consideration.
