THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ADMISSION, THIS DAY,
THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

                         ORDER

It is seen that there is repeated absence on behalf of the

petitioner. This Court on 14.10.2020 recorded the submission

that the possession of the subject property has been handed

over to the respondent and hence, the revision petition would

not survive for consideration. Despite this submission being

taken on record and the matter being adjourned, the learned

counsel for the petitioner has remained absent.

It could only be inferred that the petitioner is not

interested in prosecuting the petition. As such, the petition

stands dismissed.
