       This Regular Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the
Code of Civil Procedure against the judgment and decree dated
27.04.2017 passed in R.A.No.56 of 2015 on the file of the Addl. Senior
Civil Judge and JMFC., KGF, dismissing the appeal and confirming the
judgment and decree dated 29.06.2015 passed in OS.No.451 of 2014
on the file of the Principal Civil Judge and JMFC., Bangarpet.

       This appeal coming on for orders, this day, the Court made the
following:
