DATED 04.04.2015 PASSED IN RA NO.216/2013 ON THE FILE
OF THE SR. CIVIL JUDGE, GAURIBIDANUR, DISMISSING THE
APPEAL AND CONFIRMING THE JUDGMENT AND DECREE
DATED 22.10.2013 PASSED IN OS.NO.83/2008 ON THE FILE OF
THE PRL. CIVIL JUDGE AND JMFC, GOWRIBIDANUR.

     THIS APPEAL COMING ON FOR DISMISSAL,         THIS   DAY,
THE COURT DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:

                      JUDGMENT

This Court on 26.10.2021 had finally granted two

weeks' time to file the paper books, failing which the

appeal was directed to be listed for dismissal.

2. Today, though the matter is called twice, there

is no representation on behalf of the appellant and the

paper books have not been filed within the time granted

by this court on 26.10.2021. Therefore, having regard

to the order dated 26.10.2021, this Court has no other

option but to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non-

prosecution.
