of 2025 and submits that he has not been furnished the copy of

memo of appeal and interim applications.

2. Mr. J.F. Toppo, learned GA-V, submits that copies would be supplied

in course of this week.

3. In L.P.A. No. 382 of 2025, the contesting respondent is not yet

served.

4. Accordingly, the appellants to take fresh steps to ensure the service

upon the contesting respondent.
