06/30.01.2026     This matter has been listed today on mention slip of the learned

            counsel for the petitioners.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in Order

No.05, dated 13.01.2026, petitioner no.4 is Nandosi of victim cum informant,

however, it has been typed as Nanad of victim cum informant. He also submits

that in paragraph no.3, after the mother-in-law, husband of sister-in-law was

required to be typed, however, it was typed as sister-in-law. He submits that

it appears that this has occurred inadvertently and in view of that, the same

may kindly be rectified.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State and victim also accept the

said submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

4. It transpires that it has occurred inadvertently.

5. Let petitioner no.4 be read as Nandosi of victim cum informant in place

of Nanad of victim cum informant in Order No.05, dated 13.01.2023. In

paragraph no.3 at page 2 of the said order, after the mother-in-law, it will be

read as husband of sister-in-law in place of sister-in-law.

6. Since the typographical error has occurred in the said order, further

two weeks' time for surrender is extended from today.

7. The Order No.05, dated 13.01.2026 is modified to the above extent.

8. Rest of the order shall remain intact.

9. Let this order be treated as part of the said order.
