04/21.01.2026 The matter relates to Complaint Case No.2998 of 2015

pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamshedpur.

2. In light of allegation made prima facie it appears that the

matters is covered in light of judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in

the case of Satender Kumar Antil Versus Central Bureau of

Investigation & Anr., reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51 and in that

view of the matter the petitioner is directed to file proper petition before

the learned Court for regular bail and pursuant to that the learned Court

will take a decision in accordance with law.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.

4. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
