                                 Mr. Manoj Kumar, G.A.III
                 ......

06/ 20.01.2026. Heard, learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner is aggrieved by a judicial order in judgment dated 22.04.2025 passed by learned District Addl. Sessions Judge-cum- Spl. Judge (POCSO), Chatra, in POCSO Case No,.09 of 2021 (arising out of Simariya P.S. Case No.71 of 2020) in which the petitioner has been acquitted of the charge, but the victim's compensation which he had deposited pursuant to the order passed in A.B.A. No.5349 of 2020 has been ordered not to be refunded.

It is trite law that a judicial order cannot be challenged by invoking the extra-ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. As such, the instant Writ Petition (Crl.) stands dismissed. Pending I.A., if any, also stands disposed of.
