1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the order dated 27.01.2026, disposing of I.A. No.

5019 of 2025 in L.P.A. No. 513 of 2025 and order dated

09.02.2026, disposing of I.A. No. 4978 of 2025 in L.P.A. No. 514

of 2025, we dismiss I.A. No. 5015 of 2025 filed in the instant

appeal by adopting the reasoning in the above referred orders.

3. We are satisfied that there is no material distinction between the

cause shown in the present interlocutory application and the

interlocutory applications that we have dismissed by the above

two orders.

4. Accordingly, I.A. No. 5015 of 2025 is dismissed.

5. As a consequence, the instant appeal is also dismissed.

6. If there is any further interlocutory application(s), the same will

not survive and is hereby dismissed.
