02/10.02.2026       Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the

appellant and the Respondent No. 2 are living together.

2. Learned counsel for the Informant has submitted that a copy of Appeal may be served upon him.

Under the circumstances, learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve a copy of this Appeal to the learned counsel for the Informant.

3. Mr. Mukesh Kr. Mehta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant-Respondent No.2 has further submitted that submission of the learned counsel for the appellant is not correct. It is further submitted that the appellant is threatening the Informant-Victim Girl to convert into 'Muslim Religion' and also threatening her to withdraw the case.

4. Learned counsel for the Informant has also submitted that the letter has been sent to the Superintendent of Police, Giridih and the photocopy of the said letter is produced before this Court, let it

be kept on record.

5. Mr. Pankaj Kumar, learned Public Prosecutor is directed to appear and also assist in this case.

6. It appears to be a case of threatening by a group of people to the Informant for conversion in Muslim religion.

7. Put up this case Day-After-Tomorrow i.e. on 12.02.2026 and on that day, the Deputy Commissioner, Giridih and the Superintendent of Police, Giridih are directed to remain physically present in the Court positively at 10:30 AM.

8. The Informant is also directed to appear in the Court.

9. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Deputy Commissioner, Giridih and the Superintendent of Police, Giridih by 'FAX' and also be handed over to the learned P.P. for needful.
