1. The instant writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is directed against the order dated 02.01.2013 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (Circuit Bench), Ranchi in O.A. No. 62 of 2011 by which the order passed by the respondent authority inflicting punishment of termination from service vide order dated 21.09.2010 and the appellate order dated 17.02.2011 has been refused to be interfered with.

2. This Court, when has started dictating the order, has found the nomenclature of Annexure-1 is W.P.(PIL) No. 3532 of 2013.

3. This Court has posed a specific question to the learned counsel for the petitioner that when the writ petition lies, against the order passed by the Tribunal, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India then, it must be W.P.(S) but why it has been referred as W.P.(PIL), the learned counsel for the petitioner is not a position to answer the same.

4. This Court, therefore, has thought it proper to call for the record of W.P.(PIL) No. 3532 of 2013 for passing further order tomorrow.

5. Accordingly, let this case be listed tomorrow, i.e., on 10.02.2026, as a first case.
