07/04.02.2026 After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw these Criminal Appeals.
2. No objection has been raised by learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the Informant.
3. Permission is granted.
4. These criminal appeals, i.e. Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 180 of 2025 and Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 837 of 2024 are dismissed as withdrawn.
5. The interim orders dated 20.12.2024 and 08.07.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 837 of 2024 and Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 180 of 2025 respectively stand vacated.
6. The appellants are directed to surrender before the learned Court below, however, the learned Court below will not be prejudiced by the order passed by this Court.
