1. In the order dated 04.12.2018 at second paragraph there is a typographical error wherein in place of "retained" it has been typed as "written".

2. Considering the aforesaid typographical error, the order dated 04.12.2018 is modified to the extent that the word "written" be replaced with "retained".

3. Accordingly, the order dated 04.12.2018 is modified to the extent as indicated hereinabove and the remaining part of the order shall remain intact.
