1. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, has

sought for leave of this Court to implead Sri Arava Rajkamal, Principal

Secretary, Department of Industries, Mines & Geology as Opposite

Party No. 3.

2. This Court, considering the nature of the order passed by this Court,

which is the subject matter of the present contempt case, wherein

also the Principal Secretary, Department of Industries, Mines &

Geology was the party respondent, is of the view that the same needs

to be impleaded as party.

3. Therefore, Sri Arava Rajkamal, Principal Secretary, Department of

Industries, Mines & Geology be impleaded as O.P. No. 3 in course of

the day.

4. Learned AC to AAG-II waives notice and sought for three weeks' time

to file show cause.

5. Time, as prayed for, is allowed.

6. List this case on 26 March, 2026.
