1. Heard the parties.
2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-
"i. For a direction upon the respondents to consider the
representation of petitioner and facilitate the petitioner in making
construction on his land situated at Mauza Kujju, Thana No. 154,
Thana Mandu, Khata No. 04, Plot No. 691, 1509, 1510, 1507, 1518,
1800, 1801, 679, 1506 in District Ramgarh measuring respective area
of 3.71, 1.65, 7.81, 0.73, 0.11, 1.66, 1.26, 0.40, 1.75, (in acre) and
Khata No. 5 Plot no. 122, 2430, 2441 with respective areas of 0.95,
0.35, 0.45, 0.51 Acres, thus having total area of 21.30 Acres for which
already direction has been issued by the higher authorities but the
same is not being acted upon by respondent no. 8 and 9.
ii. For further direction upon respondents no.-8 and 9 to provide
lawful assistance to the petitioner in making construction on his land
in light of direction issued by D.I.G. North Chhotanagpur Region,

Hazaribagh to them vide letter dated 31.05.2022 because as indicated
in the letter there is requirement of protection of life of petitioner."
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks
permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his
remedy in accordance with law.
4. Permission is accorded.
5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the
aforesaid liberty.
